Landscaping Foreman - Full-time

Landscape Foreman may specialize in either enhancement or maintenance work, but all Landscape Foreman should be willing and able to perform either enhancement or maintenance work at the discretion of their supervisor

Our professional teams can manage all aspects of your property from Mulch, irrigation, landscape, hardscape, and fall & spring clean-ups.

Compensation is based on the employee's skill level and experience.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Regular interaction with company managers, co-workers, and clients to ensure excellent customer service
• Managing and executing the daily activities of a 1-4-person crew
• Executing mowing route and completing all job-related paperwork daily
• Oversee daily inspection of assigned vehicle, mowing equipment, and trailer
• Manage, develop, and effectively communicate with your crew.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Skills and Personal Characteristics

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be a creative problem solver with the capacity to innovate
• Must be team-oriented

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Must be dependable with reliable transportation to get to work.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Available to work some weekends during peak season

Job Type: Full Time

Hourly: $18.00 up to $24.00 plus O.T.
