As a Financial Administrator, you will report to the Finance Director and act as a first point of contact for all financial/invoicing matters in several countries.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for invoicing in several country’s / managing debtors
• Preparation of payments for approval
• Taking care of purchase invoices
• Processing orders
• Handling all service orders from our team of engineers
• Responsible optimizing financial and administrative processes
• Daily communication with Operations and Sales
• Good knowledge of administrative processes

What we expect from you

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in financial administration
• Completed MBO education in Finance
• MS Dynamics and CRM knowledge is a plus
• Good both written and spoken English and Dutch
• Excellent in office applications
• Appreciation for fast changing environment
• Ambitious, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Good at working in a team and contributing individually
• Dependable, responsible, respectful
