You will be a key member of our sales team and be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Duties and responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Learn and follow Shield Pest and Lawn’s best practices.
- Establish realistic and attainable short and long-term goals.
- Create, maintain, and process a healthy sales pipeline.
- Attend sales training meetings and grow your skills as a sales representative.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our products and services with the purpose of generating interest.
- Ensure on-time arrival to customer appointments.
- Make suggestions as an industry specialist.
- Manage and record activity through CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
*This is a door to door position
Qualities we are looking for in our next Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
- Have high energy, self-confidence, self-motivation and be goal driven.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be a people-person with a strong sense of self.
- Have integrity and be honest in all interactions.
- Experience selling Door to Door

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
