Employee Retention Specialist

The schedule is Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm. This is a contract opportunity.

EMPLOYEE RETENTION SPECIALIST MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for weekly meetings with all employees on
• Logging notes into the internal Applicant Tracking System
• Provide coaching for employees by manager request
• Deliver corrective actions in response to policy violations and create necessary documentation
• Perform safety walks/checks to ensure all employees are following correct safety protocol and wearing correct PPE
• Submit weekly safety inspections to corporate safety team

EMPLOYEE RETENTION SPECIALIST KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• Familiarity with manufacturing or assembly work, a plus
