Investigates and prepares cases involving employee grievances and AA/EEO for assigned Units. Manages ADAA, FMLA and other LOA cases for assigned Units. Coaches managers to investigate and and be proactive in matters relating to employee relations, complaints and grievances. Handles highly sensitive information and works closely with Units and external contacts. Facilitates training to Units and manages assigned projects.

Bachelor's degree

10. Ability to commit whatever time or effort is required to ensure customer/managers and employees needs are met.
