ML Transportation, an asset-based Transportation Company located in Watsontown, Pa. We are owned by Moran Logistics which has been in business since 1975, operating warehouses in Central PA. The Transportation department is growing and is in need of a talented individual to join our dispatch team.

Position Summary:

The Driver/Dispatcher will be an integral member of the Transportation Team in Watsontown reporting directly to the Fleet Operations Manager. Working together, they will manage our team of drivers, supporting our customer's delivery requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing company.

Required Experience, skills and abilities:

• Dispatch experience desired, previous supervisory experience required
• Class A CDL required
• Ability to operate or willing to learn web based dispatch programs, and GPS systems
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations or willingness to learn
• Ability to interact with customers and resolve issues in a professional manner
• May directly supervise CDL drivers
• Ability to interact, train and mentor existing and new hires
• On-call responsibilities will be shared with the Fleet Operations Manager

License and Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and or move up to 60 lbs. routinely, climb, step up sit stand or walk as associated with Transportation and Warehouse operations

• 8-10 hour shift
