For a resort in Bonaire we are looking for a Dive Operations Manager.

Description:

As Dive Operations Manager you are responsible for the safe running of the dive operations. The Dive Operations Manager will manage the daily operations and the staff.

Tasks:

• Responsible for certification and motivation of the dive team and the dive shop Attendant;
• Assisting and being part of the management team and strategic team;
• Responsible for the safety of all guests during any water related activities;
• Manage of the retail store and purchasing and merchandizing;
• Responsible for the daily administration, and the dive software program;
• Work as a Dive Master and /or Instructor when needed.
• Responsible of the maintenance & management of the boats and diving equipment’s.

Requirements:

• Experienced diving Master & Instructor;
• Microsoft Office skills;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Management position;
• Outgoing, hands-on and enthusiastic.
• Passion for dive and the sea;
• Speaks and writes fluent Dutch, English, Papiamentu and Spanish.
