The Service Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for ensuring proper system set-up and run right processes are in place to drive high levels of service performance in assigned Distribution Centers within the 3PL network in North Charleston. The role will serve as the system matter expert for technical systems and will ensure that all systems are set up properly. The specialist will be responsible for effective collaboration and communication with other roles in the DCs and Region to drive service results. The specialist will leverage available tools and reports to understand the performance and opportunities at the DCs in scope and take action to proactively address challenges. The role will investigate the invoice adjustments in determine the root cause. The specialist will have accountability for all Service Metrics.

- Monday to Friday - traditional business hours, flexible to business needs (1st shift)
- Travel 15%

Key Performance Metrics
- Service

- Quick Learner
- High School diploma
- Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge
- Understanding of dashboard reporting tools
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Computer skills, comfortable with technology
- Ability to investigative, intellectual curiosity, and ability to receive/provide feedback to peers
- Organized and disciplined approach to issue resolution
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
- Ability to recognize process gaps, develop solutions, and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
- Effective coaching skills
- Must hold strong follow-up skills and embrace top level service environment
