We are looking for a Part-Time Packaging Specialist that can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures.

Dispensary address: 804 East Front Street, Buchanan, MI 49107.

In this role you will….

• Accurately weigh and package product using a variety of packaging materials based on store needs.
• Ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly; resolve and escalate any issues to management.
• Ensure all product is labeled accurately and in a timely manner under company SOP's.
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations, company policies and SOPs.
• Assist in other day to day functions and tasks of the store as assigned.
• Ensure METRC data is current and correct; escalate any issues to management.
• Prepare all packing materials including, bags, containers, and labels.
• Ensure vault is maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits and cycle inventory counts.
• Maintain an organized and clean working environment.

Skills and experience you have...

• 1+ years' experience in packaging related role.
  
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  
• Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Effective multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
  
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
