Overview:
The Director, Supply Chain (SC) Talent and Employee Solutions, is a key member of the SC HR team and their respective Campbell’s SC business partners, working collaboratively across HR teams to build talent strategies and frameworks, improve organizational performance and develop frameworks to attract, reward, motivate and develop talent. This role acts as a strategic HR partner to the Campbell’s Supply Chain Leadership team leading organization design, project and change management, and people development discussions and strategies to build a winning organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- HR Analytics – develop frameworks to prioritize complex opportunities and build robust reporting for business case development
- Lead Project Catalyst – lead for organization effectiveness, Plant Operating Model standardization design, and develop recommended path forward
- Talent Development – lead the process for assigned functional team to ensure assessment, development, and succession planning
- Network Optimization – partner with Network Design team and support the analysis of accelerating optimization and simplification of our current footprint, procedures, and processes across the entire network
- SC Labor Strategy – support the definition, project management, and execution of the SC Labor Strategy, which includes leading workstreams and overall analytic support for the labor strategy pillars
- Serve as strategic leader to the business and facilitate people discussions to ensure the right size of the organization with the right people in the right roles
- Provide consultative support to business leaders for the short and long term goals of the organization
- Participate and collaborate as an integral part of the company HR team to develop and lead HR projects that encompass both assigned functional team and broader division
- Participate in and promote a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization effectively to deliver value to our business partners
- Drive company culture by assessing the current talent state and gaps, develop plans to communicate and reinforce the company's values and culture in support of the company objectives
- Identify best practices from both within and outside the company; recommend innovative opportunities to drive HR talent strategies to the next level
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility within the HR function
- Exceptional analytical skills, excellent judgment, and strong communication skills
- Proven track record for driving change and getting things done in a complex changing environment
- Experience developing broad programs and successful implementation of the same
- Ability to synthesize information and “connect the dots” between functional areas and the business needs, analyze the inputs, consider the trade-offs, and translate into actionable content, recommendations, and results
- Possess the ability to overcome resistance to organizational change, influence all employees to embrace it, and lead the change initiative
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to deliver bottom-line results Must be a change agent
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels and throughout the organization to drive the HR strategic plan
- Demonstrated success in managing people and projects to deliver results under tight deadlines
- High level of resiliency, someone who can navigate successfully in a complex, high-volume, fast-paced, results-oriented environment and not be overwhelmed
- Excellent project management skills - planning, coordination of work, detail orientation, highly organized, and effective time-management
- Strong MS Office and general technology skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), along with SAP knowledge
- Experience supporting Supply Chain is preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Working Conditions:
The working environment includes both office and plant floor settings. Exposure to industrial noise, forklift traffic, moving mechanical parts, and temperature extremes occurs in operating areas of the plant when traveling.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$125,500.00 - $238,500.00
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
