The Director of Marketing attracts qualified prospective homebuyers by promoting the Garman brand for all divisions through driving marketing and advertising initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Create and execute marketing & advertising plan to achieve company goals
• Leverage the Garman brand to create a unique and lasting impact in the marketplace, working within the branding style guide.
• Perform in-depth market research to ensure that marketing and advertising initiatives are relevant to the current conditions.
• Measure data analytics of all marketing & advertising initiatives, adjusting campaigns as necessary to meet goals.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with demonstrated marketing acumen, including an understanding of buyer psychology. Requirements include:

• At least 5 years of experience as a digital marketing leader who is proficient in SEO and Google Analytics, with working knowledge of CRM software
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, general marketing software, and social media platforms
• Tech savvy – ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Organized and efficient, dedicated to following up and through
• Ability to analyze data and make fact-based recommendations
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Salary: $90,000-$110,000/year
