The Director of Residential Services
Despite our large company design, each facility is run independently, and so our executives have the autonomy to manage their teams with clinical and educational support from corporate. You are never alone, as you are part of a large network of leaders that routinely exchange ideas and review current topics within the industry. Palmetto Summerville offers residential treatment and foster care programs for children and adolescents who struggle with mental health issues, behavioral problems, and sexually reactive behaviors. Our facility works with families and patients who haven’t found success with other programs and treatment centers.

The Director of Residential Services
The Director of Residential Services will provide administrative oversight and overall leadership and management of the residential programs at Palmetto Summerville. He/she will assist the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinical Services with the implementation of objectives and policies and assist in developing and implementing proposals for new and existing business.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a mental health related field.
One of the two years post master’s experience must be with children/adolescents.
