Role and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibility as a Digital Marketing Specialist is to manage (non-) product page content and registration for Samsung.com for BE (French and Dutch) and NL.

Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

  • Manage product description page content gathering and localization
  • Manage product description page registration and quality assurance
  • Request approval on new page design and manage relevant communications
  • Gather requirements for promotion in cooperation with internal stakeholders and communicate with relevant stakeholders using provided tool and template
  • Manage non product content gathering and localization
  • Responsible for non-product page registration and quality assurance
  • Operate Samsung.com common area such as site information architecture, GNB, Footer, etc. (cooperation with HQ)
  • Handling platform issues and managing functionality improvement (cooperation with HQ)
  • Support global/local marketing projects such as online campaign, global platform improvement projects
  • Support Samsung.com relevant operations
  • Support tasks related to researches and analysis, issue management and communication with relevant stakeholders incl. HQ
  • Support task assignment, managing priority, evaluation for local contents publishing team
  • Managing JIRA tickets

Your team

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you’ll be part of the Belgian / Dutch marketing department. You’ll work with your colleagues from The Netherlands.
