As a Digital Marketing Specialist you are responsible for increasing brand awareness, customer loyalty, and managing our digital presence. You create and implement our digital strategy to ensure our sales targets are met.

Your main responsibilities

• Making and executing a successful digital marketing strategy, including planning and managing the budget;

• Creating and implementing our paid ads strategy on Meta, Pinterest & TikTok;.

• Checking our campaign performance and finding opportunities to improve on a weekly basis;

• Creating a strategy for email marketing;

• Knowing the ins and outs of all social media platforms including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest & TikTok and making sure they are aligned and used in the best way possible;

• Creating and managing the SEA and google ads strategy;

• Manage all digital marketing collaborations with external parties.

About you*

• You're interested in improving the world of fair trade fashion.

• You have at least 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role in the fashion or lifestyle industry;

• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads console are tools you wake up and go to sleep with;

• You are educated in Marketing, Business or a related field;

• You are available for 36-40 hours per week;

• You have excellent knowledge of English and Dutch, both spoken and written.

• Data doesn’t scare you and you use data to find opportunities for improvement

• You have strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;

• You pay attention to detail. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, big or small.

• You are the first one to find out about new Digital Marketing Technologies.
