Day in the life of Digital Marketing Manager:In this role, you will monitor the daily leads and opportunity data, review heatmaps and visitor site recordings, CSAT ratings and site reviews, traffic, conversion rate optimization performance as well as campaign KPIs. You will participate in an online stand-up meeting with the EMEA team to review daily visual management and weekly activities. You may meet with the sales team to get feedback on voice of the customer response to current marketing campaigns. You will meet online with your SEO team to discuss team projects, search trends, holistic site health, customer insights and problem solve any current issues.
Responsibilities:
Google Analytics and Google Search Console traffic analysis and ranking data for key regions with the goal of identifying issues/trends early and enacting countermeasures to reverse the trend.
Setting up and monitoring conversion rate optimization tests – working with product managers, design team and WebOps.
Providing organic competitive keyword and content strategy for new products, verticals, and existing products in multiple languages.
Providing requirements for new site features, UX or feature enhancements which will improve site conversion, customer experience and satisfaction.
Monitoring site health metrics (running Screaming Frog site crawls and log file analysis) and submitting bug fixes or updating directly in the CMS where needed.
Collaborating with social, email and content teams on non-paid comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, providing trends and insights on what is working well or not and why.
Your team:
The SEO and web conversion team is an international team of three people. The culture is supportive, focused on forward thinking learning and sharing. We are solution oriented and resourceful. We meet as a team once per week and chat often, sharing articles about conversion/SEO as well as our favorite podcasts and shows. In EMEA, you will have a buddy/mentor who will guide you and answer any questions. Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (any degree)
Experience with international enterprise SEO
Experience running conversion rate optimization experimentation program
Experience with complex analytics using multiple data sources to tell a story and elevate trends
Personal Skills:
Clear communicator, able to explain complex concepts to a broad audience;
Comfortable with ambiguity and change, adaptable;
Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills, ability to say no while providing clear rationale;
