Job Description

These candidates are going to provide desktop support at the Mt. Sinai West hospital on 58th street and 10th Ave. They may also have a tech stationed at Morningside (Amsterdam and W 114th St).

The primary responsibility is helping out with business as usual tickets via a ServiceNow ticketing system. The most common issues that come up are missing applications, installing drivers to printers, label printers, computer won’t start, cant log into computer, mobile device support, network printer and network connectivity troubleshooting. This person will use active directory on a daily basis to log into machines remotely, change passwords, add groups, etc. The technician will be supporting Windows 10, MS Office, MS Outlook/O365, etc.

This candidate will need great customer service skills, patience, and strong work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Customer Service, Communication, Work Ethic, Flexible work schedule, patience- users are not tech savvy.

The position is for a 3 month contract to start. Ultimately the client will be looking to fill the roll full-time in 2023 and our consultant, if doing well, may be considered along with other candidates they interview.
