Department Administrative Support 2 (7 Hours) Technology Integration (1 Hour) | Human Resources/Applications Office | Start Date: 03/20/2023 | 12-Month Calendar

GENERAL DUTIES:
  • Assist department administrators with providing services to schools and accomplishing the work of a department. Connect District staff and the community to appropriate resources or services. Work with outside agencies and District resources in the completion of complex projects.
  • Support the integration of technology into District operations and provide technical assistance to others who use the technology. Assist in the planning for future technology needs of the District.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices
  • Experience working with a variety of technology systems
  • Experience with the planning and implementation of new systems
  • Experience preparing and delivering professional development
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required(bilingual is defined as fluency in reading, writing and speaking two languages as determined by District screening tool)
  • Experience with data entry and personnel platforms
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with problem-solving
  • Prioritizing and triaging multiple tasks
  • Experience implementing systems and training others
  • Experience with school district functions and systems
