Hello!

Beach House Pediatric Dentistry is a growing pediatric dental practice in sunny Huntington Beach. We are looking for a front office person that preferably has dental experience, and is familiar with dental terminology, tooth numbers/letters.

This person will be responsible for presenting treatment plans to patients, figuring out insurance co-pays, inputting dental codes correctly, checking and verifying insurances, scheduling appointments, and reviewing finances with patients.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with parents from all walks of life, is comfortable going into other offices and calling other offices and establishing a professional rapport with them. The ideal candidate has an upbeat, outgoing personality, and is a good conversationalist. We want this person to be the smiling face greeting our families when they walk in to the office.

The position is for an average of 32-36 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours as our practice grows. Our focus is providing a positive, quality experience for our patients and parents. No papoose used. We are looking for someone that has an outgoing personality and wants to grow with us. The right individual will be polished, professional, and be comfortable to visit other offices for marketing or speaking with children at a pre-school.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
