Days/Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.

Job Description

We are hiring for a specialized Data Entry Specialist! In this full-time opportunity, you will perform data processing tasks by inputting and loading client information into databases. Candidates must have a minimum of High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred) and a minimum of one year of experience with customer service or insurance. Position Details:

• Enter client data and processes documentation for new and existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate recording of all client interactions and transactions.
• Utilize multiple computer software programs.
• Provide customer service through phone calls and emails.
• Resolve any client issues.

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma required
• Associates Degree preferred
• Customer Service or Insurance experience
• Data Entry experience
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Focused attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Self-Motivated
• US citizen or permanent resident status
• Completion of a background check
