About the Opportunity:

Position Description:


DMI is looking for a cybersecurity technical project manager to coordinate, implement and manage cybersecurity performance-based management.


Duties:


Using pre-defined cybersecurity performance-based measures, conduct cybersecurity assessments of critical systems at BWI Airport. Assessments to include, but not limited to, interviewing critical system stakeholders; record findings; track finding remediation/acceptance tasks; document processes and/or policies. Assist critical system owner/operators, as necessary, in developing and implementing cybersecurity practices/procedures that comply with MDOT, State, and Federal policies, regulations, and statutes.

Qualifications:

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of project management
  • Cybersecurity and/or information technology concepts
  • Microsoft 365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • The best resource will be familiar with how networks function, function of firewalls, basic endpoint hardening requirement (AV, patch, local firewall), industrial control systems, programmable logic units, etc.

Work Location: This position is full-time onsite at various MAA locations, including:


  • Under normal operating conditions the job site will be the Kauffman Building, 1500 Amtrak Way, Linthicum, MD.
  • BWI Airport Terminal Building and the wider campus (i.e., parking garages and maintenance facilities),
  • 991 Hock Business Park Linthicum
  • Martin State Airport Middle River.


Education:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. (Note: A master’s degree is preferred.)


General Experience:
The proposed candidate must have at least eight (8) years of experience in

managing the implementation of information engineering projects and experience in systems

analysis, design and programming using CASE and IE tools and methods.


Specialized Experience:
The proposed candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience in information systems development, functional and data requirement analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design, and documentation preparation.
