Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join their team. You will be responsible for providing and achieving outstanding customer service and total satisfaction among existing and prospective customers while building positive customer relationships to help enable development of new business opportunities

Qualifications:
- 4-year degree (Communications, Business, Marketing or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 + years’ experience working with customers
- Knowledge of rubber/plastic/medical devices desired
- Experience working under ISO quality requirements desired
- Experience working with JDE desired
Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer’s primary point of contact for all commercial inquiries
- Direct customer communication via telephone and email
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations while projecting professionalism
- Provide information (pricing, inventory availability, order status, etc.) and handle customer requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Work with accounts to monitor and optimize sales growth and profitability
- Follow up on quotations and projects
- Manage the set up of new customer accounts
- Process POs, participate in contract review meetings, monitor inventory and work with internal team to drive on-time delivery
- Responsible for monitoring customer orders and assisting in achieving sales and profitability goals
- Process customer complaints and assist with investigation and corrective actions
- Work with Sales Engineers and Operations to communicate and coordinate all customer requirements
- Accompany Sales Engineers on customer visits when necessary
- Attend additional training as needed
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with:
o Outside customers
o Internal Customers
o Sales engineers
o Internal supply chain personnel
o Manufacturing personnel
o Quality personnel
o Accounting personnel
