JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Account Managers operate as the primary point of contact for our clients. They are responsible for continuously engaging with clients, collecting documentation, and reviewing and providing status updates to their
accounts.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Maintain regular communication and updates through the client database
- Request, collect, and organize client files and documentation
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Monitor client account compliance and deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to best serve the client outcome and experience
- Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the processes, services, and operations offered by the company

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 Year in customer service
- CRM experience
- Proficient in computer & communication skills
- Experience in a sales or customer service role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and good attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
