For an international company in the packaging industry based in Eindhoven we're looking for a French speaking Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team by managing the complete sales order process from receipt of the order through to dispatch and support with contracts and quotations;

• Manage returns and credit notes;

• Ensure timely response to all requests to customer, inform customers proactively about product shortages and delays;

• Accept and assess incoming questions, complaints or customer reports queries about (purchased) products, services and/ or delivery;

• Handle, resolve and/or communicate (mainly) first-line general and/or technical questions, complaints and reports about products or services;

• Record and tracking data of new and existing customers in the appropriate systems;

• Contribute to improve internal procedures and processes;

• Process of shipments incl. preparing shipment and export documentation and

inventory transactions.

Requirements

• Customer Service Experience
• Speaking French is mandatory
• SAP experience is a big plus

Working from the office in Eindhoven and Heerlen is both possible and hybrid working also. The organisation offers a salary ranging from € 2.800 - €3.200 based on a 40 hour workweek.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

Salary: €2,800.00 - €3,200.00 per month
