As our Customer Care Representative, you will join a global company providing the opportunity for many cross functional and cross-cultural working relationships. You will act as a first point of contact for our customers and be a key player in ensuring high customer satisfaction as well as diligence in documentation.

Take charge of supporting our Customers
As our Customer Care Representative you will be given the chance to provide service and handle customer enquiries, requests and concerns. You will be working with different tasks, providing great variety in the job.
You will be joining a dedicated team of Customer Care and you will be working in our Customer Care department based in Netherlands.
The Role of Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care representative, you are responsible to:

Enter orders received by customers and ensure accurate information is delivered to all involved parties

Respond to customer inquiries (via telephone / mail / fax / sales representative / other) to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization’s service standards

Use computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by customers

Assess customer needs and suggests / promote alternative products or services

Work both with clients and other departments within the organization to ensure that client orders are processed correctly and on time

Work with shipping verification, pricing verification and maintain customer contact.

Answer customer inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to sales representatives and /or technical service areas

Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services

Provide information to customers in regards to the status of the orders / claims / technical issues

Follow all guidelines and Group procedures regarding Health & Safety and Environment
To succeed in the role the following skills and experience will be required:

1,5+ years of experience in order entry / customer service department or similar activities
-
Knowledge of the paint sector/oil & gas/industrial sector would be valuable

Customer oriented
-
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.

Fluent Dutch and English languages
