In this role, you are the voice of our customers and will help them with their questions, concerns, promotions or moments of joy. Creating experiences, thinking differently and being creative is what you love. Sharing an experience with our customers is what motivates you and your colleagues. This makes you an enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Ambassador. For a minimum of 24 hours per week (32, 36 or 40 hours also possible):

• You will support our customers on social networks, by email or by phone
• You like to search for the best promotions and find the products that suit the needs of our customers
• You don't follow a script or boilerplate answers, but you have an ability to interact, help, inspire and be creative in your answers
• You will transform customers' daily routines into meaningful moments with your service.

You are patient and helpful. You listen carefully and find questions and answers to help our customers. Working in a fast-paced environment gives you energy.

• You are a graduate of secondary vocational education (MBO) or an institute of applied education (HBO)
• You are a master of at least one of the following languages: English, Swedish or German.
• You have experience in customer relations
