Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are looking for individuals that are punctual and highly motivated to join our Warehouse/Yard and Customer Service Team! The ideal individuals will be committed to safety and able to work effectively to support the operational functions of the team and stellar customer service support at the Counter of our retail space.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading Product, Whether by Hand or use of a Forklift.
• Yard and Warehouse Maintenance.
• Receiving, Stocking, and Counting Product.
• Remaining knowledgeable of water, wastewater, stormwater, and erosion control products.
• Answering phones and waiting on customers at the counter.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Responding to requests from customers for product information.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must pass a criminal and background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
• Embrace a culture of safety, teamwork, personal excellence, candid conversation, service and humility.
• Must have a can-do spirit and be willing to do the best that you can.
• Knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater and erosion control products is an asset, but we will also provide on-the-job training. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to build strong customer relationships over the phone and over the counter.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand or walk.
• Lifting of up to 50 pounds is required.
