Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing medical device company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecast
• Provide financial analysis and support to business units and management
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Sumifs, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
