Position Summary
Assist the direct supervisor with the delegation and coordination of daily tasks and objectives to team members. Train and support Item-Control team, providing technical expertise as well as acting as liaison between direct supervisor and associates. Provide analytical data pertinent to current projects and daily operations As subject matter expert, provide training for Item-Control applications (i.e., PID, PIM, MAGIC, Venus, etc.) and related processes, inclusive of Merchandising, Procurement, RDIC's and outside vendors. Assist with implementation or backup of item family tree set-up and maintenance. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate with Kroger Technology to align with the latest advancements to promote automation, execute, log and report break/fix changes, service requests and perform user acceptance testing
- Conduct or attend meetings/presentations with internal and external associates; provide expertise and guidance concerning Item-Control applications and processes
- Create detailed reports for analytics and presentations
- Provide support for Corporate Merchandising and Enterprise Data Integrity teams with Item-Control matters
- Utilize time saving tools and processes such as Business Objects and macros to create efficiencies across the Item-Control teams
- Partner with Corporate Merchandising and enterprise Data Integrity teams to evaluate requirements and determine the best solution for initiatives utilizing information from a variety of sources, including internal best practices and competitor/industry practices within subject
- Manage projects and develop project plans
- Ensure the Corporate Item-Control teams' adherence to all Item-Control standards and procedures
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Travel independently as required

Minimum Position Qualifications
- 2+ years of data integrity experience
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to organize and logically structure complex processes
- Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies
- Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes and technologies
- Extensive knowledge of PID, PIM, CAO, FCB, POS and RBP and the impact of item setup on downstream systems
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office and Teams Applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Desired Previous Experience/Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years corporate or division Data Integrity experience
- Any presentation experience to groups exceeding 25 people
- Any prior experience leading a team
- Any supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of store practices
