We are looking for a Content Marketing & Digital Media specialist to join our global horticulture LED marcom team in Eindhoven.

Philips Horticulture LED Solutions creates LED lights to grow crops; either in greenhouses or in vertical farm environments (

). Grow lights bring additional yield, quality and predictability to the grower’s crop.
As a Content Marketing & Digital Media specialist you’ll grow with the pros in this hands-on position. You will develop skills on the job such as content marketing, managing social media channels and reaching the horticulture target audience and the best ways to bring them along in the customer journey.
We are always looking for ways to further professionalize our way of working by targeting our audience with the right marketing tools at the right time. Second, we would like to generate more leads through our on and offline efforts; web, social media, newsletter, seo, sea, content marketing, advertising etc.
What you’ll do
- Execute and produce content based on editorial calendar, from concept phase to final delivery and activation. Content assets could include offline/online articles, press releases, case studies, research articles, blogs, social posts, videos, white papers, checklists, infographics, webinars, presentations, web copy etc
- Develop a social media strategy to grow our online communities and manage/track growth.
- Execute and activate social content across all social media platforms to increase engagement, web traffic and brand perception.
- Work with the local markets to optimize central strategy and translate/localize to market needs.
Your qualifications
- 3-5 year experience in content production with an ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
- Editorial expertise including copywriting skills for short/long form content and social media, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, texts, etc.
- In-depth expertise on social media network as FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter & Youtube.
- Experience working with social analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Falcon, Social Bakers (not limited to those).
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, energetic, proactive and flexible team player.
- Fluent in English and preferably Dutch, written and verbally
- Affinity with the horticulture (greenhouse) industry
- A flexible self-starter with strong communication skills
