Job Title: Consumer Relations Associate

Starting amount: $18.00/hr
Location: REMOTE

Full Time (40 hours per week with no overtime)
Remote Work Environment (Only)
Flexible Hours (Either Saturday or Sunday and Tuesday minimum) – remaining hours during Mon through Fri 8 AM to 8 PM ET
Temp to Perm - dependability, long-term work relationship and eventually career growth and advancement

General Purpose
Provide customer service to consumers via multiple channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities

• Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
• Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
• Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner.
• Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc...)
• Answer incoming calls and incoming chats
• Respond to incoming emails
• Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution
• Return calls from voicemail
• Meet department goals `and personal KPIs

Education and Experience

• High School Degree
• Bi-lingual useful (English and Spanish or French)
• Excellent computer skills and above-average Microsoft Office skills
