Responsibilities

L and T Tree Services is currently looking for an Arborist Consultant who is responsible for communicating with clients about all aspects of tree care. This position plays an essential role with our clients and building relationships to grow the business. Visiting properties and assessing all their tree and tree healthcare needs. You will be in charge of communicating with scheduling and office staff. This position has a base salary plus a 2.5% commission.

• Meet with clients daily to walk through their tree care needs
• Provide accurate and profitable proposals
• Understanding the day to day operations of Tree Removal, Pruning, Stump Removal, Cabling and Bracing
• Able to properly identify tree species, plant disorders and diseases

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of success in an arboriculture sales and operations role
• ISA Certification
• Tree Risk Assessment Certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
