We are looking for a motivated Compliance Analyst who will play a key role in assisting with the daily activities of the Compliance department along with our Head of Compliance. You will actively contribute to the development and execution of various internal compliance, AML/CTF and risk guidelines and will play a key role in the customer and partner onboarding and monitoring. As a Compliance Analyst you will be part of the process of customer screening and approvals as well as monitoring and reporting activities.
What you'll be doing
Customer due diligence (onboarding, ongoing review and monitoring)
Assistance with regulatory reporting, compliance audits and third party compliance requests
Contribution to the policy creation and execution/implementation
Maintenance of compliance registers
Compliance supporting activities (eg staff training, internal reporting)

Minimum 1 year experience in payments compliance and AML
Experience with KYC/CDD and customer monitoring
Ability to work independently
Accuracy and eye for detail
Knowledge of PSD and AML Directive (highly preferred)
Experience in Fintech/Bank compliance is a plus
