For our Central Services office in Hoofddorp, we are hiring a Compensation & Benefits Executive. In this role, the ideal candidate will be jointly responsible for the C&B projects of our Business Unit together with the Compensation & Benefits Managers in the Netherlands and Germany.
C&B Projects like, job levelling, salary reviews, benchmark participation, Data analytics.
You will report directly to the Compensation & Benefits Manager

What will you do?
You will be:
- Responsible for the execution and administration of Global Benefits processes and the implementation of new ones.
- Preparing internal communication about Compensation & Benefits themes.
- Be a linking pin for our international HR team on data and benefits subject-related matters.
- Preparing several reports related to People data including FTEs, headcounts, salaries, and benefits.
- Provide support and training to team members in hotels and central services offices on the usage of HR applications.
- Prepare internal communication about Compensation & Benefits themes.
- Maintain and improve the quality of our data in HR systems.
- Responsible for further development of systems and strive for standardization of administrative processes
Who are you?
- You have experience in working with Benefits
- You are interested and enthusiastic in providing our employees the best benefit packages within our company strategy and local laws.
- You have experience on subjects like, job levelling, compensation packages & Benchmarks
- You have very strong administrative skills, preferable HR related
- Excellent skills in Excel.
- You have good communication & collaboration skills
- You have a minimum of 2-year experience in HR or Administration related environment
- You are quality driven and result oriented
- You are discreet and precise, able to organize your own work
- You have good analytic skills
- You are a fluent Dutch speaker with excellent knowledge of English.
- Experience in SAP tool is a plus
- Background in the Hospitality sector is a plus
