Qualifications:
High school Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years’ experience with Cooking Equipment Installation and Repair
Must have a valid driver’s license from the state in which applicant is applying and must be insurable by our auto insurance company
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Two (2) years of education and/or experience in food service equipment repair, or in a related area.
Background experience in gas, electric, plumbing, and/or steam repairs a plus
Excellent organizational skills must be motivated, a self-starter, and able to follow through on duties and assignments with minimal supervision.
Must want to be challenged, have fun, and work within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities Include:
Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics
Properly troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs commercial cooking, and baking equipment
Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, hoists, rigging equipment, torches and measuring equipment to perform service of the unit
Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) regularly and without assistance
Ability to climb and work from a ladder, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, grasp to perform essential job functions
Ability to tolerate environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation
Must be able to operate a commercial vehicle and trailer in a safe manner and adhere to all company safety requirements
Maintain a neat and orderly truck, along with accurate part and tool inventory
Must have ability to effectively communicate with the customer, and work independently under pressure, and without close supervision
Other duties as assigned by management

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
