An exceptional patient experience is our goal here at Hoyt Chiropractic Center and everyone plays their part. Some of us have direct patient contact and put our hands on people to physically make them feel better. Some of us greet patients by name when they walk in the door, and make them feel taken care of. Others work behind the scenes to make sure billing and insurance goes as smoothly as possible. Maybe we just give them a smile and a greeting as we pass them in the hall. When a patient mentions a milestone anniversary or the loss of a friend or loved one, we celebrate with them or try to comfort them.You never know what that may mean to someone.

We are looking to bring on two part time team members. One front desk receptionist and one Chiropractic Assistant.

The front desk staff plays a vital role in overseeing the flow of both patients and other staff members. They make sure that patients are directed to the appropriate place and that they receive prompt attention from the doctors and other staff. They are also responsible for scheduling patients and collecting their payments.

The chiropractic assistant will be involved with hands-on patient care as well as general office duties. Willingness to interact closely with patients is a must! Maine is one of the only states that licenses Chiropractic Assistants and allows them to perform physiotherapy and other patient procedures under the direction of a chiropractor. Training requires three weekends of seminars and testing to qualify for licensing and we cover all costs involved.

Experience in the healthcare field is preferred but not required as training is available for all necessary skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
