We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate/Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, and ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure accuracy when handling cash transactions.
• Follow all safety protocols.
