Carpet Cleaning Technician with Strong Interest in Potential Partnership or Buy Out

In recent years there’s been a surge of area rug cleaning interest. We answered that call and offer the only full service area rug cleaning and repair plant in Northern Arizona. We offer you full training and certification of this area rug cleaning industry. (It is preferred that you do have carpet & tile cleaning experience.)

Carpet/ Tile Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:

• Speaking with prospective clients to discuss their cleaning needs and estimate cost.
• Evaluating/Inspecting floors, area rugs and upholstery with a strong knowledge of what is the proper cleaning method required. (Training available for area rug care)
• Identify additional service opportunities during scheduled cleans and educate customer on the costs, benefits and value of such services (commission based on up sales).
• Provide accurate invoices and maintain good customer relations.

Carpet Cleaning Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous work experience as a carpet cleaning technician and able to demonstrate product and service knowledge with levels exceeding industry standards.
• Detailed knowledge of cleaning solutions and equipment. Maintain van, cleaning equipment & cleaning solution stock.
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and area rugs.
• Ability to work independently and maintain an on-time schedule.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with great customer relations skills.
• Be a valued team member by contributing to the overall growth and goals of the company.
• Marketing to residential and commercial prospects.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Able to pass a drug and criminal background check
