Café Associate
Sun & Moon Café, a subsidiary of You-Health Inc, is a growing company that focuses on delivering healthy food alternatives to consumers in a niche market. We are looking for reliable staff for our new and first Café in the heart of downtown Indianapolis.

The candidate should be a dedicated hands-on customer service-oriented person with barista experience, able to provide exceptional customer service, comfortable with operating and maintaining espresso/coffee machines and is able to work well with a diverse team members. Our products include coffee, espresso, boba teas, bakery, drinkable and frozen yogurt, sandwiches and hot meals for lunch.

Responsibilities include:
Working in the Café to support the daily operation of the Cafe
Working with team members to meet or exceed customers expectation and Café performance goals. Learn, train and develop as a team member. Ensure both customers and team members have a great experience everyday. Help manage inventory, product quality, preparation and presentation standards. Drive the overall customer satisfaction and profitability of the Café

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
