Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Business Process Mapping Specialist to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society’s most challenging health problems. In support of ARPA-H and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones.


A successful Business Process Mapping Specialist candidate will incorporate the following skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrable process mapping and process improvement experience.
  • Discover, model, analyze, measure, improve and optimize our business processes.
  • Improve and document business processes that coordinates the behavior of people, systems, information, and things to produce business outcomes in support of our business strategy and outcomes that can scale to a future state.
  • Produce processes that can be structured and repeatable, or unstructured and variable.
  • Align processes to be automated in the future (understands IT capabilities in Gov)
  • Have an understanding of Workforce and Human Capital business practices.
  • Requires excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt and move quickly.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Visio or comparable application is a plus.


Qualification Requirements:

Education

  • MA/MS

Clearance

  • HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)

Experience

  • 20 or more years.
  • Experience in ARPA/DARPA agencies preferred.
