A full-time Business Manager position is available with Liberty Healthcare.

This position is based in Liberty’s office in Poway and will require you to work there onsite Monday through Friday, during daytime hours.

As Liberty’s Business Manager will enjoy a wide array of responsibilities, including:

• Accounts receivables (collecting, tracking and reconciling accounts)

• Billing for services

• Ensuring programs are compliant with financial, regulatory, and contractual guidelines

• Working with Liberty’s corporate finance team

• Managing and maintaining spreadsheets

• Generating and submitting bills and financial reports

• Tracking authorizations

• Addressing and resolving billing issues in a timely and accurate manner

• Assisting with client bank accounts

• Auditing

• Overseeing purchases of goods and services

As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:

• Starting salary range of $70,000 to $80,000

You are a good fit for this position if you have at least two years of experience in a comparable Business Manager role which involves significant accounting and billing responsibilities.

You should have solid computer skills and be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and communication skills are a must.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience working with Regional Centers operated by the California Department of Developmental Services is helpful.
