Job Summary:
The Business Development Leader’s primary duties include overseeing the sales/business teams of multiple NFI entities to identify business opportunities, build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective clients, and collaborate with executives on business strategy to determine objectives and maximize sales potential.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees efforts in and assists with identification and research of potential prospects
- Develop and give presentations to current and prospective customers and internal executives
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand each NFI entities business processes and product offering
- Periodically travel to trade shows or customer locations
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree or degree in related field
- At least three years of experience preferred but not required
- Proven leadership experience
- Willingness to travel to various NFI entities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and analytical skills required
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required
- Willingness to work constructively in a team atmosphere
