Business Development Center Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee the Business Development Center (BDC) and its team
- Partner closely with BDC team members to ensure leads are accounted for and notes are logged in our CRM software
- Set goals and quotas for inbound and outbound calling and conversations
- Interact with potential clients via phone calls, text messages, and emails to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used car sales
- Oversee digital marketing performance
- Document standard operating procedures
- Stay informed of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to our guests
- Attend product and sales training, as well as regular sales meetings
Business Development Center Manager Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Unwavering ethics and values

- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Willingness to embrace new technology
