Job description

Train direct support staff on implementation of behavior support plans through instruction, modeling, and role-play.

Observe direct support staffs interaction with people on caseload to see if behavior support plan is being followed.

Attend psychiatric appointments (when possible) for people on caseload.

Participate/Attend team meetings.

Review behavioral data and summarize each month for review by Associate Executive Director of Behavior Supports.

Obtain informed consents for behavior support plans/rights restrictions.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
