• You’re quick, meticulous and passionate about engaging with guests to take their order, preparing and serving the best drinks
• Sharing your passion and enthusiasm with others by talking through drink lists, providing advice and upselling when there is an opportunity is what you like most
• Your aim is to personalize the experience for different bar guests – by understanding when customers want advice or guidance, or just a swift and friendly service
