Temecula Creek Inn has 8,300 square feet of meeting space that features two ballrooms and expansive outdoor venues. The Inn is a highly sought-after wedding location with unique settings, including the Stone House which was built in the late 1800s as a bunkhouse for quarry workers.
We are currently seeking a part-time Banquet Server to join our team! The Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverages,as ordered, to banquet functions guests, as well as setting banquet rooms.
- To set-up and replenish all buffets and food stations, including coffee breaks.
- To set-up and break-down all banquet functions.
- To provide prompt, efficient, and gracious customer service to banquet functions guests, including serving cocktails and food during reception hours; handling cash bar transactions; serving all food and beverages during functions; and assisting to bus tables, as service requires.
- Must have minimum one year experience in food service.
- Some knowledge of banquet function procedures preferred.
- Must be familiar with different styles of service, including buffet and gourmet meals, various dishes and wines, and proper lifting techniques.
