Job description
Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is looking for Sales and Leasing Consultants.
You must have automotive sales experience!
We are a family owned and operated business, with a stellar reputation in the Puget Sound. We are proud to only represent and sell the best and oldest automotive brand. We are also the highest reviewed local dealer by our customers.
Requirements & Conditions:
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays when required
- Must be articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player and maintain a positive attitude
- Must have superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must adhere to and utilize company guidelines and policies
- Must maintain professional appearance at all times
- Must be able to withstand physical demands of the job (walking or standing for extended periods)
Benefits:
- Paid Vacation: After 1 year, you earn 1 week (5 Days), After 2 years, you earn 2 weeks (10 Days), After 5 years, you earn 3 Weeks (15 Days)
- 401K: We offer a 401k and match up to $1000 yearly. You are eligible after 1 year of employment.
- Benefits: We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits after 60 days of employment. We cover 80% of the cost of these benefits. Employee is only
responsible for 20%
Job Duties:
Job Purpose: Provide superior customer service while selling vehicles by understanding and demonstrating capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.
- Offer the best customer experience by adhering to Customer One principles and maintaining a high CSI score.
- Update job knowledge by completing required Learning Link courses.
- Understand the vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers by completing daily CRM duties; suggesting trade-ins; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Collect required customer information, i.e. email address, mailing address etc.
- Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collecting payment; delivering automobile.
- Provide proper turn to finance explaining the products before introducing the customer to the finance manager.
- Log all clients and daily activities into the CRM in a timely manner.
- Keep customers informed by confirming orders with customer, preparing and sending written communication/documentation for timely transactions.
- Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership, including but not limited to: scheduling service appointments, assisting with lease maturities, following up on DMV issues (calling customer when plates and or tabs are in).
Pay Scale: New and Pre-Owned Vehicles: 20% of Commissionable Gross Profit. Minimum
Commission is $300. Volume Bonus after 10 MB Units. Spiffs paid on F&I Products.
