This auto repair position earns competitive compensation of 75,000 to $100,000+ per year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE EXPRESS ADVISOR

As an Automotive Express Advisor, you are the face of our service center. When customers come in for repairs or maintenance, you greet them and assess their needs. Once you've determined what work their car needs, you provide each customer with a quote and document the work in their service record. Then, you communicate with our technicians to ensure that the work is completed accurately and efficiently.

You understand that people bring their Volkswagens to Tynan's because of the unmatched customer service we provide, so you make it your goal to treat every customer with respect and professionalism. Your satisfaction comes from building fantastic relationships with our customers and helping our business grow!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE EXPRESS ADVISOR

• Experience as a service advisor
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license

This full-time customer service position works Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
