The perfect candidate is reliable, focused, smart and motivated. You will be responsible for writing estimates, file management and customer interactions. You must be accurate and reliable in handling a moderate volume with attention to detail. CCC One and their management system experience preferred. The right candidate has the opportunity to receive bonuses based on results due to the shop’s steady growth.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate repair plans. Knowledge of P pages and Manufacturer procedures desired or motivation to research on your own.
• Customer updates and assistance.
• Insurance company contact and negotiation.
• Working closely with management for work-flow management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
