American Leadership Academy-Lexington is now accepting applications for a Campus Athletic Director at our new school in Lexington, SC.

The Campus Athletic Director will provide leadership and direction for the campus' athletic programs and ensure that students, parents, staff and the community are provided a positive athletic experience at the ALA-Lexington Junior High/High School.

Job expectations include, but are not limited to:

• 
  Oversee all Athletic programs offered at the campus and recommend processes, strategies, and methods in regards to the development and maintenance of

effective sports programs.

• Ensure the campus’s athletic program aligns with ALA and ALA policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Work closely with campus administration and the district Athletic Director
• Effectively hire and supervise coaches, as well as ensure they receive appropriate training and education
• Develop athletic schedules
• Order and purchase athletic equipment and supplies for the campus
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a job-related field
• Previous experience in athletic administration
• Knowledge and understanding of ALA rules and regulations
