Base Salary Range: $136,600.00 - $170,800.00

Target Total Cash Range: $218,560.00 - $273,280.00

Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Description & Requirements

Job Purpose

Reporting into the Head of Production Management- The Associate Director – Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) will be responsible for leading a team of two Senior Managers- identifying- analyzing- and mitigating sources of planned & unplanned losses that can negatively impact the organization’s operations and financial performance. The Associate Director – OEE will work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of planned & unplanned losses- implement corrective and preventive measures- update Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) routines/chapters/content- improve maintenance plans- train/coaching teams on the shop floor and track progress towards reducing these losses- for the Kraft Heinz North America Zone.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Coaching and providing guidance for direct reports. Lead the team in planning and execution the main actions which will drive performance improvement. (10%)
  • Analyze data to identify sources of planned & unplanned losses including production downtime- equipment failure- operational losses and speed losses. (10%)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of losses and develop corrective and preventive measures (30%)
  • Implement programs to improve overall performance OEE- including training- process improvements- and equipment upgrades. (10%)
  • Travel to visit the plants across the network (USA + Canada) and provide technical support on how to implement the tools and execute KHMS routines on the shop floor. (40%)

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management- with a focus on performance improvement.
  • Experience with all the metrics and breakdown of OEE KHC concept- being able to provide guidance and training sessions about it.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • Excellent leadership- communication and interpersonal skills- with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations- stores- manufacturing facilities- etc. Role will travel 40% of the time. Additionally- this role requires 5 days/week.
